The following items are required to be submitted along with the above documents:
- Copy of Articles of Incorporation/Organization/Partnership documents
- Resumes of all owners/principals of company
- Copy of all applicable broker licenses and exemption letters
- Current Financial Statements. Include recent profit & loss statement and balance sheet certified as accurate and signed by an authorized officer.
- Errors & omission insurance, fidelity bond or surety bond (if applicable)
