Topdot Mortgage Expanding Boca Raton Operations
Home Lender Leases Another 5,600sf to Accommodate Growth
Boca Raton, Fla. July 7, 2006 -- Topdot Mortgage, a national mortgage lender, announced today it plans to hire 65 mortgage specialists at its Boca Raton office within the next six months, more than doubling its current workforce from 55 to 120.   To accommodate this staff growth, the company has leased 5,600 square feet of space at 1515 South Federal Highway for 1 year, bringing its total at that location to 16,000 square feet.

Topdot, currently licensed in 38 states and expecting to enter several more states this year, opened its Boca Raton office in 2005.  The office is currently headed by Jason Vitulano and Peter Hartofilis, Branch Managers.  According to Topdot officials, the decision to expand not only reflects confidence in the area’s workforce, but also the belief that the region will be one of the Company’s fastest-growing markets during the next few years.

Topdot Vice President Adam Brown commented, “We have done really well in South Florida over the past five years, establishing a strong position.  In particular, we have done a great amount of second-home and residential investment property lending, which we expect to continue as we offer our full array of mortgage services.  We look forward to growing here in the coming years with Jason and Pete’s local leadership.”

Topdot offers a broad range of residential mortgage products directly to homeowners and new homebuyers.  Types of loans include fixed-rate and adjustable rate mortgages (new purchases and refinancing) on primary residences, second/vacation-homes and investment properties.  Topdot also provides home equity loans and lines of credit, debt consolidations, zero-down payment and 100-percent financing, jumbo loans, interest-only loans and other options to accommodate clients’ specific needs.
