Topdot Mortgage Expanding Jericho Operations
Home Lender Leases Another 3,000sf at HQ Location
Jericho, Long Island, N.Y. July 10, 2006 -- Topdot Mortgage, a national mortgage lender, announced today it is increasing its presence at its headquarters location in Jericho, N.Y. 

The company has signed a 5 year lease for 3,000 square feet at 125 Jericho Turnpike, for the establishment of a new origination office headed by Company veterans Joseph Tucciarone and Dan Montenegro.  

The expansion increases Topdot’s presence at the property to 35,000 square feet, with 225 employees.

Topdot, which recently announced it had received licensing approval in its 38^th state – Iowa – and expects to enter several more states this year, now operates out of five locations in the New York City tri-state area, with a total of  375 employees in the region. 

The Company has a total of 18 offices nationally.

Topdot Vice President Adam Brown commented, “We believe very much in giving opportunities to talented people, and Joe and Dan really earned this.  We are confident that they will be very successful in helping us to continue growing our business.  In an industry that is puling back and closing doors, Topdot keeps looking ahead.”

Topdot offers a broad range of residential mortgage products directly to homeowners and new homebuyers.  Types of loans include fixed-rate and adjustable rate mortgages (new purchases and refinancing) on primary residences, second/vacation-homes and investment properties.  Topdot also provides home equity loans and lines of credit, debt consolidations, zero-down payment and 100-percent financing, jumbo loans, interest-only loans and other options to accommodate clients’ specific needs.
