DO NOT CALL POLICY
Topdot Mortgage believes that the protection of a consumer’s right to privacy is essential in building long lasting relationships with consumers. Pursuant to this belief, we are committed to honoring a consumer’s right to not receive mortgage related solicitations from us. We engage in numerous marketing campaigns designed to attract consumers to the mortgage services and products we offer. One of the primary methods we utilize to market our company’s services to prospective and current consumers is through telephone solicitation. The federal government and many states have passed laws that place restrictions on calls made to residential phone numbers for the purpose of selling products or services. Two federal laws are involved: the Telephone Sales Rule (TSR), administered by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), administered by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
